End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Shop Stream software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Shop Stream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software for your business operations
• Make one copy of the Software for backup purposes

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Create derivative works based on the Software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Transfer or sublicense the Software to any third party

4. Ownership

The Software is owned and copyrighted by Shop Stream. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Software and is not a sale of any rights in the Software.

5. Updates and Support

Shop Stream may provide you with updates or upgrades to the Software. Any such updates or upgrades shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless otherwise specified.

6. Data Collection

Use of the Software may result in the collection of certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such data collection and processing.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Shop Stream, you agree to the following terms:

Types of Messages: You may receive text messages related to order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, appointment reminders, and account alerts.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us.

Opt-In: If you have previously opted out and wish to receive text messages again, you can opt back in by replying START or by updating your preferences in your account settings.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details regarding your messaging plan.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SHOP STREAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOP STREAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shop Stream operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
